Retinning Copper Turkish Coffee... Copper Or Brass Cesve/ibrik?

Turkish Coffee... Copper or Brass cesve/ibrik? - retinning copper

I am roasted coffee (and me) 6 modes of processing, and I think to get what I need to make Turkish coffee @ home.

I am pleased pots (ibrik / Cesva) and I understand why copper as the best. The biggest problem I have is that I like low maintenance and will not have to worry retinning pay each time ibrik door.

Brass is much less maintenance and healthier (if you have a field, without my noticing it). Has anyone an experience, and there really a difference in the taste of copper coffee pot in front of the brass?
